Henrik Skou Hansen

With more than 20 years of experience as an executive, CFO, lecturer, author, and advisor, I combine academic insight with hands-on business experience. My focus is always the same: making complexity understandable and turning knowledge into action.
I am the author of textbooks on ESG reporting and financial management and have extensive experience within financial management, controlling, strategy, leadership, and executive decision-making.
Alongside my professional work, I serve as an external examiner across several higher education programmes and as Chair of the External Examiners’ Corps. I am also a politically appointed member of the Danish Tax Appeals Board, giving me strong insight into Danish tax law and regulation.
